Doors Open Policy:
Doors open at 6:30PM and close at 7:30PM. Failure to arrive during that window will forfeit your seat.
Refund Policy:
Our Paint & Sip events have a firm no refund policy.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of the event will be issued a credit for the full amount paid toward a future session that occurs within 60 days of the original reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel any session due to unexpected circumstances (low sign ups, emergency etc.).
All registered guests will be notified via email by 7PM the night prior to the event if cancellation occurs.
If a cancellation occurs on our end, we will issue a full refund.
